Kids: display your collection, artwork, or project in the Children's Center at the Downtown Library. Here's how it works:

Each display is available for one calendar month. Set up your display during the first week of the month, anytime the library is open. Please plan to remove your display by the end of the month.

The display case is 30" tall x 32" wide x 20" deep, with a removable glass shelf. Include a sign with child's first name and age. One or more kids can share the same display case; sign up together using one form. Displays may not contain food or perishable items or realistic depictions of graphic violence. 

Applications open on the first day of every month, for displays to be exhibited the following month. If the first of the month is a holiday, applications will open on the second day of that month.

Our aim is to offer this opportunity to as many kids as possible. If you have displayed recently, we may contact you about waiting awhile before participating again, in order to leave space for others.
